Receiving your delivery
Freight for large items is kerbside. The driver delivers to the front of the property and is not required to carry goods inside, upstairs or into a worksite. Please have someone available to receive and move baths, vanities and stone tops.
Inspect your goods before signing. If packaging is crushed, torn or wet, note it on the consignment and photograph it before you open anything — it makes any claim straightforward.
Missing, damaged or wrong items
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@bathroomdeals.au with your order number and photographs of the item and its packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
Before you book your plumber
Please do not book installation until your goods have arrived and been checked. Freight timeframes are estimates and we cannot cover costs arising from a trade booking made before delivery.
